3 October 1992 - Killarney

2 Heats of 10 laps each

The big news at this race was the new class A Audi S4 GTO, driven by Hans Stuck. Tony Viana was still absent from this race, and many of the competitors had ‘Get well, Tony’ decals displayed on their cars in support of Viana.

Johan Coetzee qualified first in class B, followed by Joubert, Driver, Dunkerley and Wilford. In the first heat, Coetzee took the lead followed by Wilford in the Skyline, and the BMW third. Coetzee would take the first heat, followed by the BMW in second place.

Coetzee led heat two and Joubert was out due to a blown engine.
